I shall introduce my charater with a story!
Jacos Farinas sat in his home, sitting on an old chair, warming his hands by the fire. He was nineteen, and was a carpenter. His father, Rocis Farinas, was a part of the local militia, of the small-ish town they lived in, in Swadian territory, near Praven.
Jacos Farinas did have a fine day, finishing a contract to do some repairs on someones roof, receiving a formidable bonus for it, and having a few drinks with some friends.
He got up, to head a snack, maybe a-
Fizzzzzzk!
Hmmn? Jacos thought.
Ahahhaahaha!
Jacos walked over to the window, looking outside with curiousity.
There was a huge group of men and a few woman, wearing masks and wielding weaponry, and looking fairly bloodthirsty, giving them the look of terrorists.
Jacos looked down slightly, noticing a black, rough object, which looked like a ball with a very small round chimeney on top, with a small length of burning rope on it.
Jacos started to back away, to get his hammer. Not a formidable weapon, but the only thing he really had to defend himself. Atleast-
Ka-BOOOOOOOOOOM!
Jacos awoke under a small pile of rubble, with someone pulling him out. His vision was blurry, so it was hard to make out who was helping him. It was morning, and Jacos noticed his clothes were tattered into what looked like rags. His vision went into focus, and he saw it was his recent client helping him. A tall, somewhat wealthy man, who worked as a body armor designer.
The mans expression was grim, as Jacos knew something was wrong. Jacos looked upwards, noticing most of the house had stood standing, but the object, which was likely to have been an explosive, had blown up the wall, making part of the wall land on him.
Jacos coughed, loudly.
Atleast I survived. I'd better ask what happened to the invaders after-
And that's when part of the ceiling fell onto Jacos, knocking him out.
Several weeks after, Jacos is a soldier in the USA. He was hoping to fight off terrorists, and help the world. But with a new war arising, he seems to be helping to tear it apart. The "Bad news"? His father had been murdered. That's atleast, what most people beleive. Jacos still knows his father was taken prisoner by the terrorists when they had fled from the militia. Jacos will some day be reunited...
...Some day...
